4204 Thermal-Resistant Toughened Gap Filling Instant Adhesive

LOCTITE® 4204 is a clear, toughened, and thermally resistant, high viscosity instant adhesive. It has good impact, peel, and temperature performance up to 121°C (250°F). It has a fixture time of 75 seconds and is suited for the assembly of metals, rubbers, and plastics, including difficult-to-bond plastics (PP, PE, PTFE) when used with a primer such as LOCTITE® SF 770.

Operating Temperature: -44°C to 121°C (-65°F to 250°F)

High viscosity for gaps up to 0.2mm (0.008")
