230V Forced Air Cleanroom Oven, 3.9 Cubic Ft.

SHEL LAB clean air ovens incorporate many special features needed for high temperature cleanroom work: a stainless steel exterior; fully welded stainless steel interior; stainless steel shelving; brushless circulation blower motor; high temperature Class E-11 particle filter; digital LED displays for up-to-the-second process information; and a programmable temperature controller capable of up to 40 ramp and soak steps (10 steps per profile, and up to 4 profiles that can be run independently or consecutively).

These units have adjustable air intake and exhaust ducts that are easily removed for cleaning. Chamber air is continually passed through the particle filter in this oven's Horizontal Airflow regimen; this contrasts with other oven designs that merely filter the incoming air once. A nitrogen inlet purge port is standard to reduce external air ingress and risk of contamination. SHEL LAB cleanroom ovens are made with high-temperature, wrap-around insulation and a high-temperature silicone door gasket. Please note that the filter may be weakened if the oven is operated above 200°C, but is effective and serviceable up to 270°C.
