The Wafer Cassette transport cart was designed to transport 8" (200mm) Wafers in Open Cassettes. The newly developed anti vibration shelf dramatically reduces wafer rattle during transportion.
Vibration reduction was scientifically diagnosed. This cart is an excellent way to move your wafer cassettes ergonomically and safely around your fab. Reducing damage to wafers and increasing yields.
