Single Roll Vertical Paper Cutters

These popular Bulman units are designed for practical, efficient holding, dispensing, and cutting of roll paper. The single roll model is designed to accommodate paper rolls between 15" and 48" wide in diameters up to 9". Compact in design, the R996 occupies only 14" x 14" of floor space. Its compact design requires spring-loaded blades for fast, easy cuts. Roll changes can be made quickly by pulling the blade to an open position and locking it into place. Each unit is available with or without heavy-duty casters equipped with wheel-locking devices. Strongly constructed for extra durability.
