This sturdy unit is designed for easy, convenient dispensing and cutting of paper, especially in large sheet dimensions. Precision-made, this unit features ball bearings, guide pins, and a cutting blade supported and positioned with nickel-plated springs for smooth, precision cuts every time. Spring tension can be varied. All steel construction has a gray baked powder coat finish.
